Byron Primary Care Network.

Byron Primary Care Network (PCN) works collaboratively with providers in Hucknall to provide health and care services.

About Byron Primary Care Network

PCNs are a key plank of the NHS long-term plan and the five year framework for the GP Practices, which was published in January 2019. The plan basically enables a more formal structure around this way of working, but without creating new organisations.

As key players in this partnership, the four Hucknall GP Practices – Oakenhall, Om, Torkard and Whyburn – are committed to working closer together to support local residents to live healthier lives.
